Bloodhound’s Fang features the Bloodhound’s Finesse Skill weapon skill and can be obtained in the first location of the game. While this weapon boosts jump attacks, it is worth noting that its weapon skill is not counted as a jump attack. When not using Bloodhound’s Finesse, players should focus on jump attacks as the buffs from both Raptor’s Black Feathers and Claw Talisman will stack with them.
Building around this weapon skill will allow players to leap out of danger from enemy attacks and then rush back in with another attack. This weapon scales with both Dexterity and Strength, soonce players hit the soft capfor Dexterity, they should invest some points into Strength for greater returns.

Hemorrhage is a state triggered by a buildup of bleed damage, and has always beenone of the most overpowered buildmechanics inElden Ring. While this mechanic is associated with the Arcane state, this build plays like a standard Samurai build that procs Hemorrhage for large amounts of damage. White Mask is a piece of armor that will give a damage boost whenever Hemorrhage is applied within the vicinity.
The weapon skill for this Katana is Corpse Piler Skill, which will send out a barrage of slashes. This is the cornerstone for this build and the chosen Talismans will play to this strength. Players will still want to invest a lot of points into Arcane with this build, as the more points in Arcane, the faster enemies will be defeated.
Nagakiba Double Slash Build
An Alternative For Moonveil Samurai
The Moonveil is a well-known weaponin the game and is prominent in a lot of builds. However, the Moonveil cannot be infused with an Ash of War like the Nagakiba. This build will only start being effective once a player has a lot of stat points, making it a good option for going intoShadow of the Erdreeat level 120 or higher. With a lot of FP and Talismans to boost damage, this build can tear into opponents while also having a high enough Intelligence stat to try out thenew Sorceries in the DLC.
This build will also be for players who are well-versed inhow to play a Moonveil Samurai, or similar characters from earlier parts of the game but want to feel more like a Dexterity build than an Intelligent one. WhileOkina Maskwill raise Dexterity, it lowers focus, making Lazuli Glintstone Crown the superior option as it will raise both Dexterity and Intelligence by 3 points.

For fans playing through the DLC, there will beplenty of new Dexterity Weapons to tryout. This gives rise to a build that can keep its distance at all times using Ash of War: Storm Blade on the Great Katana DLC weapon. This will allow players to effortlessly keep their distance while shredding away at an enemy’s large health bar, topping up FP when needed. To further keep their distance from enemies, players should bring a strong bow like the Albinauric Bow — along with some Stormwing Bone Arrows.
When enemies do close the gap, players are still a force to be reckoned with. Talismans will allow players to keep utilizing this playstyle while making it stronger. Since players will be keeping their distance and avoiding damage entirely, Ritual Sword Talisman will increase their damage while at maximum HP. The Enraged Divine Beast and Divine Beast Helm will increase the damage of both the Ash of War and Stormwing Bone Arrows, making it an all-around buff for the build. Players will want both Carian Filigreed Crest and Blessed Blue Dew Talisman to make up for the Focus reduction of Divine Beast Helm — which will increase Dexterity by 3 along with providing the aforementioned damage buff. This build heavily relies on the Enraged Divine Beast to be effective, so players will need toknow how to get it.
