10Mabari Hound / Barkspawn

Created by smurfilanen

Mabari Hounds are fierce war dogs in theDragon Ageuniverse, acting as protectors and fighters. They are also the goodest boys and girls who make for loving pets. InDragon Age: Origins, the player has the opportunity to have a Mabari as a party member. This Mabari was named Barkspawn by the community, and they have been lovingly recreated inThe Sims 4bySimmer smurfilanien.

There are a few Mabari Hounds inThe Sims 4gallery, but this take on Barkspawn earns a spot on the list, as it’s just so very Barkspawn rather than a generic Mabari. The big brown eyes, the tiny pointed ears, and even the color of his coat are perfect, making for one of thebestDragon Age-themed Simsin the gallery.

9Solas

Created by PsicodelicZombi

Dragon Age: Inquisitionfans will know that there is very much a love/hate relationship going on between Solas and the player, especially if they choose to romance him. Without diving too deep into spoiler territory, this egg-headed elf makes somequestionable choices that are all the more heartbreaking if he is being romanced.

Because of his importance to theDragon Ageseries as a whole, there are plenty of Solas Sims to choose from in the gallery. This particular take on him fromPsicodelicZombiis the pick for this list, as it gets his facial features just right, such as his pointed nose and dimpled chin (and of course, the glorious, round orb of a head). The clothing is also well picked, as PsicodelicZombi has chosen an outfit that resembles a modern-day take on Solas’ earthy robes. He even has bare feet, which is so very Solas.

8Leliana

Created by jenjgolem

Leliana is another character that has a lot of different Sim versions in the gallery, but this take on her bySimmer jenjgolemmakes the list thanks to how the design references classic Leliana’s appearance from the original game. The character designs naturally change throughout theDragon Ageseries, and Lelilana got a significant change inDragon Age: Inquisition. She has a longer face and more angular features, which work well for her character.

However, this Sim version of Leliana is more akin to herDragon Age: OriginsandDragon Age 2design (though she only appears briefly inDA 2). jenjgolem’s Leliana has a rounder, softer face, though she still has her iconic red bob with a braid. The Sim seems to reflect the younger and more carefree Leliana, and although the older Leliana is amazing, too, it’s nice to see her classic design for nostalgia purposes.

7Cullen

Created by Anaire3

Cullen Rutherford has one of the most interesting character developments in theDragon Ageseries. He’s an ex-templar turned Inquisition commander and advisor, and this can become all the more complex if a mage Inquisitor romances him inInquisition. Cullen is also a fan-favorite character, so it’s no surprise that he has a few Sims in the gallery.

This version of Cullen - created bySimmer Anaire3- is an excellent recreation of the character, including his luscious blonde curly locksand distinctive facial scars. On top of that, he only requires one expansion pack (Get Famous) to download in full. The suit of armor (which is what Simmers will need theGet Famouspack for) that Cullen dons is also oddly similar to hisDragon Age: Inquisitionarmor, featuring the same furry shawl on the collar and shoulders and a similar burgundy and gold color scheme. Cullen fans are sure to love this Sim version of him, but they should make sure that theGet Famouspack is installed and ready to go to avoid disappointment.

6Anders And Ser Pounce-A-Lot

Created by Nightingalice

Those who playedDragon Age: Awakening(a significant DLC forDragon Age: Origins) are sure to remember the relationship between the mage Anders and the kitten Ser Pounce-A-Lot. In the expansion, players can find a stray kitten and take him in. The kitten can then be gifted to Anders, as he mentions a love of cats. Anders will then carry Ser Pounce-A-Lot along with him in his pack if the player has him in their party, leading to some adorable dialogue and interactions.

Anders has changed a lot by the timeDragon Age 2comes around, but with certain dialogues, players can discover that he misses Ser Pounce-A-Lot dearly (don’t worry, he’s alive; he was given away as he would be in danger if he stayed with Anders). This Sim recreation of Anders and his kitty companion (fromSimmer Nightingalice) allows players to relive the endearing friendship between the two without the sadness of their eventual separation.

This Sim family features an adorable recreation of the orange kitty, but it also has two forms for Anders. He has his regular form and his Justice form, referencing the spirit that appears inAwakeningthat has housed itself within Anders' body by the time the events ofDragon Age 2happen. Cat lovers and Anders fans alike are sure to want to add this version of the mage and Ser Pounce-A-Lot to their game and give them the happy ending they deserve.

5Morrigan

Created by Nataska05

Morrigan is anotherDragon Agecharacter who goes through a lot of character development during the series, going from an abrasive yet uncertain witch inOriginsto an experienced and level-headed court advisor inDragon Age: Inquisition. She has a distinctive look that many Simmers have recreated in their own way inThe Sims 4gallery.

The Morrigan on this list (created bySimmer Nataska05) has taken her iconic look from the original game and given it a modern twist. The Morrigan Sim wears a purple crop top with distinctive detailing on the neck, looking very similar to her risque witch outfit. She also wears various rings and has dark makeup, with smoky maroon eyeshadow and dark red lips. She even has Morrigan’s piercing yellow eyes, which is a key feature that a lot of the Sim versions of her lack.

4Fenris

Created by PocketPeanuts

Ex-slave Fenris is a favorite companion amongDragon Age 2fans, especially with those who want to romance him due to his broody nature and tense relationship with Hawke.Fenris has a very distinctive design thanks to his lyrium tattoos, and they have been recreated excellently with the Sim version of him created bySimmer PocketPeanuts.

Not only are Fenris’s lyrium tattoos included, but the general design is also impressively accurate, such as his elegant face shape, high cheekbones, white shaggy hair, and large, green eyes. Those looking to do some fun role-playing with a Fenris Sim are sure to enjoy this version of the character.

An image of Merrill from Dragon Age made in The Sims 4

3Merrill

Next is another Sim by jenjgolem, this time with a recreation ofthe sweet yet misguided elven companion, Merrill, fromDragon Age 2. Merrill is another favorite for both romance and friendship, but she also has a complex storyline that can be difficult to navigate for players trying to keep her in their good books.

This Sim version of her perfectly recreates her pretty features, such as her huge green eyes and small nose, but it also includes her Dalish face tattoos. The outfit she wears is also a great, modern interpretation of her Dalish armor that maintains her mostly green color palette.

An image of Alistair from Dragon Age made in The Sims 4

2Alistair

Created by Rikchikchik

When it comes to the most beloved companions in theDragon Ageseries,Alistair is usually in the top tier. The charming, sweet, and devoted warrior is also the illegitimate child of the former King Maric, making him next in line to Ferelden’s throne after the death of his half-brother King Cailan at the battle of Ostagar. Although Alistair’s fate changes depending on the choices players make inOrigins, he’ll always be known for his goofy silliness and fierce loyalty.

This Sim version of Alistair was created bySimmer Rikchikchik, and his handsome features are replicated very well, such as his strawberry blonde hair and subtle stubble. Much like the aforementioned Cullen Sim, he also only needs theGet Famousexpansion pack to download, as the outfit he wears is the armor set that comes with the pack. Whether the player is an Alistair fanboy or girl or a more generalDragon Agefan, this version of Alistair is certain to be a great choice for one’sSims 4save file.

An image of Isabela from Dragon Age made in The Sims 4

1Isabela

Last but not least is the pirate queen of the seven seas herself, Isabela. Created again by jenjgolem, a true expert when it comes toDragon AgeSims, this Isabela is pretty perfect in every way. The outfit she wears is as close to herDragon Age 2look as it’s possible to be, featuring her tiny white tunic, long boots, leather wristbands, blue bandanna, and large costume jewelry necklace.

The face is also pretty accurate to Isabela’s design, although she doesn’t have a chin piercing. She does have multiple ear piercings, though. The Sim also has rings in her hair, which she doesn’t have in the game, but it suits her character fantastically well. The attention to detail in her outfit and accessories, along with the well-recreated face, makes this Isabela Sim one of the absolutebestDragon AgeSims inThe Sims 4gallery.
