Breath of the Dying is part of the world drop pool, meaning that the legendary weapon has a small chance to drop from any dedicated loot source inBorderlands 3. These sources include chests, vending machines, slot machines, challenges, enemies, etc.
Chances are that the weapon randomly drops for you while playing the game. If not, however, you will be glad to know that one particular enemy has a higher chance of dropping the Breath of the Dying than all the other loot sources.
Borderlands 3has several items that increase your legendary drop chances. For example,the Shlooterartifactincreases your legendary drop chances by a massive 2,000 percent on every kill. This buff, however, only lasts for 12 seconds.
