Dead by Daylightplayers want to be able to pick up dropped items to use against Survivors and Killers in the asymmetrical survival horror game. First released in 2016, the survival horror puts players into a one-versus-four trial, where one plays the Killer tasked with hunting and killing each of the remaining three Survivors in a sacrifice to the Entity. A separate Redditor added Pallet Stuns should also cause the Killer to drop their weapon for Survivors to pick up. The community loved the sound of what could become a favored special mode in the game, but several players saw the funny side too, especially the idea of watching one of the Survivors trying to pick up Pyramid Head’s Great Knife.Dead by Daylightis one of the best games to play with friends on Halloween, and the addition of this hypothetical special mode would bring an extra comedic layer to the survival horror fun.
