Kei is a capable killer, having dozens of victims under his belt, which are mostly enemy assassins. However, what makes Kei such a threat is his intellect. As the smartest character in the series, Kei’s level of tactics and strategy is unmatched, enabling him to outmaneuver even the brightest minds in the JAA.
