Shishiba is a calm and collected individual who holds catastrophic fighting power, perfected over many years of diligent training to keep him as sharp as possible. While Shishiba mainly focuses on teaching the next generation as Osaragi’s mentor, he retains a level of respect from all his peers and remains a high-ranking member of the order.
Shishiba wields hammers as his primary weapon and uses them to inflict lethal damage on his targets in a flash. He combines his level of violence with a cold and precise level of adaptability, allowing him to easily combat any type of opponent, including his former master, Yatsumura.
6Gaku

2Kei Uzuki
The Methodical Mass Murderer
Kei is the main antagonist ofSakamoto Daysand is a demented, murderous madman seeking to overthrow the Order, stopping at nothing to do so. While many assassins handle killing as a part of their job, Ki does so simply out of pleasure and a hatred for humanity.
Kei is a capable killer, having dozens of victims under his belt, which are mostly enemy assassins. However, what makes Kei such a threat is his intellect. As the smartest character in the series, Kei’s level of tactics and strategy is unmatched, enabling him to outmaneuver even the brightest minds in the JAA.
1Takamura
The Sword That Cuts Indiscriminately
There is no sword as sharp as that of Old Man Takemura, who stands at the peak of power, speed, and lethality. Takemura is feared by all who know of his existence and holds the title of Phantom of the JAA.
With a single Katana, Takemura can cut anything in his sight into as many pieces as he wishes. There are no rivals to his level of skill, as everyone falls before his swordmanship.
