Summary
Xur has returned again toDestiny 2, complete with new exotic and legendary gear for players to check out for a limited time. This week, players have been partaking inDestiny 2’s Festival of the Lost event. While the core gameplay loop remains largely the same in terms of collecting pages and completing Haunted Sectors. However, in addition to new perks on existing Festival weapons, a new Heavy Burst arc shotgun named Arcane Embrace can be obtained.
It’s highly likely that for many players, the big announcement for this year’s Festival event is thatexotic class items inDestiny 2are now available for purchase for anyone, Dual Destiny completion no longer required. As long as the player owns The FInal Shape expansion and has at least 1 Eerie Engram and 2500 candies, a random rolled exotic can now be purchased right from Eva, also unlocking Xur’s nventory and Overthrow chests as well.

Where is Xur?
Xur has now taken up permanent residence in the Bazaar area inside The Tower, so there’s no more hunting when the weekend comes around.
Since the Bazaar is located between both fast travel points, players can pick either one to load into. Head into the area where Ikora and Hawthorne are and look for the Ramen Shop towards the back wall. While facing the shop, the alley is to the right, where Xur is standing.
Destiny 2 Class Armor and Exotic Cipher
Xur’s role continues to offer the usual weekly quests, exotics, and legendary gear. Not only are these quests required to purchase a second fated engram, but they’re necessary toacquire legacy exotic gear from the Tower kiosk. Players can earn a new cipher by completing strikes and winning crucible or gambit matches. Gain bonus points for playing with clan mates or finishing more challenging activities.
Apotheosis Veil - Warlock helmet
Exotic Perk:
An extremely high roll for Warlocks this week and with a max stat as well! However, this roll is dreadful due to the spike being Mobility, which has left the other more important values very small. As such, this is a very difficult item to recommend.
Aeon Swift - Hunter gauntlets
No longer the worst exotic in the game, they’re still not likely to overtake any of the more recent options or ones that are at the top of the current meta.
Synthoceps - Titan gauntlets
In terms of actually usable rolls, Titans win, even with the lowest overall stat line. It also helps that Synthoceps are solid, so this is a great pickup this week.
