Disneyfinally revealed the first details about the Holiday Season at Disneyland. This year has been filled with great news for guests, and there are even more exciting things to look forward to. 2025 is a special year forDisneylandfans, and Disney is doing everything to make it even more special.
In mid-June, Disney revealed details of Halloween events at the parks, so fans were expecting news about the Holidays to drop in July or early August. Just like Halloween, Holiday celebrations will overlap with the 70th anniversary celebrations, so it will be a unique season for guests.
According toDisney Parks Blog,Holiday celebrations will take place at the parks from July 11, 2025, through July 22, 2025. As usual, guests at Disneyland will be able to greet Mickey and Minnie, who will be dressed in special Holiday costumes, and the traditional Wintertime Enchantment at Sleeping Beauty’s Winter Castle. At California Adventure Park, celebrations include the return of both Disney Festival of Holidays and Disney ¡Viva Navidad! Street Party,inspired by Latin American holiday festivities, with folklórico dancers, Brazilian samba, and the special appearance of Mickey, Minnie, and The Three Caballeros (Donald Duck, Panchito Pistoles, and José Carioca).
Disneyland Holidays 2025 Merchandise and Food
As is typical, Disney will drop a new, exclusive line of merchandise, food, and beverages for the Holidays this year. Merchandise will be available at Elias & Co., Emporium, World of Disney, and other select stores, with more locations to be announced later. The Mickey Mouse Family Christmas Collection will feature clothes, accessories, home décor, souvenirs, and more, mixing nostalgia with magic and storytelling to bring the feeling of Christmas to life this year. And, of course, there will be Holiday-themed exclusive food and beverages available at the parks. Disney hasn’t yet revealed the full line of foods and merchandise available, but guarantees that peppermint cold brew and Mickey-shaped gingerbread cookies will be returning to Disneyland this year.
Additionally, those visiting the Downtown Disney District during the Holidays will also feel the magic of this special time of the year, with beautiful decoration and special live music at the LIVE! Stage. Guests will also be able to join the Chip and Dale’s Ornament Trail and search for ornaments in the District, but they will need to purchase an activity map. Seasonal food and beverages will also be available at select locations. Finally, those staying at Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will be able to join special events such as Mickey’s Christmas Carol Feast, Daisy’s Holiday Pajama Party, Holiday Tea with Santa, while the Disneyland Hotel will host the Goofy’s Kitchen Celebrates the Holidays, and the hotels will feature special menus during the Holidays. However, guests must make their reservation beforehand to participate in these special events.
