There are varieties of weapons for every Tarnished’s playstyle inElden Ring. However, while some are easily found or are a certain drop from a boss, other weapons are hidden in a hard-to-reach area. Some rare weapons can also be a low-chance drop from a small enemy like the Imps, which are usually found in Catacombs.
While exploring the Lands between and the Land of Shadow inElden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree, it’s nearly impossible to naturally collect every single item without missing a few in some areas. So, it’s useful to know which weapons are easy to miss before proceeding to the following area.

Getting theMagma Whip Candlestickis a bit time-consuming as it isrelated to one of the NPCs' questlines. Patches is first introduced as a boss in theMurkwater Caveand will plead with players when he’s about to die. Later on, you meet Patches again in Volcano Manor.
Eventually, he will reward the Magma Whip Candlestick after assassinating theGreat Horned Tragothfor him. Do keep in mind that all of this must be done before killingRykard, Lord of Blasphemy. The weapon does require Somber Smithing Stones to upgrade, and in the final stage, the Dexterity scaling becomes a decent B.
Head northwest from the Fissure Cross Site of Grace in the Stone Coffin Fissure and keep jumping down until you reach a large platform. Deep inside is a small rock alcove that is filled by the slime enemies and at the end of it is theVelvet Sword of St. Trina. The unique Skillallows the user to release a purple mistthat inflicts Eternal Sleep. Some enemies, like the Godskin Duo, are extremely weak to Sleep, which makes them completely vulnerable and open to attack for a period of time.

TheCelebrant’s Skullis located on a somewhat hidden narrow path in Windmill Village, Altus Plateau. From the Village’s Site of Lost Grace, go northeast towards the cliff and walk till the end to find a corpse with the Celebrant’s Skull. The weapon isclassified as a Great Hammer, and it requires 18 Strength and 12 Dexterity. Its skill,Barbaric Roar Skill, can be found on other weapons as it allows the user to let out a cry, increasing attack power for some time.

TheStone-Sheathed Swordcan be obtained by crossing an invisible bridge from one of the higher platforms of the Ancient Ruins of Rauh. Head inside the small building found across and pick up the weapon. Many players might see the sword and have no idea there is an invisible path.The Stone-Sheathed Sword has a normal Skillfound in other weapons, and the initial DEX scaling allows it to reach a B once it’s fully upgraded.

TheLizard Greatswordlooks as unique as it sounds. The Skill and scaling are completely normal, but the weapon does have a special attack. When Tarnished performs a strong attack,the Lizard Greatsword will projectile a forked tonguethat deals additional damage.
You can farm the weapon by defeating Imps wielding it, from either the Scorpion River Catacombs or the Fog Rift Catacombs. You will need the normal Smithing Stones to level it up, and it is possible to infuse it with other Ashes of War.
It’s possible to get theHalo Scytheby farming Cleanrot Knights found in various areas. Tarnished can target the enemies in Caelid near Commander O’Neil in the Aeonia Swamp, or fight them in the Haligtree. TheCinquedeais a dagger requiring 10 Strength and Dexterity located in Caelid, specifically near the Bestial Sanctum. To get it, go west from the Bestial Sanctum building towards the cliff and use the roots and broken stone platforms to go down. Eventually,you should find the daggernear a broken statue on a square platform. Torrent can be used to make the process easier as well as throwing someRainbow Stone.
