Fallout 4’smodFallout Londonis finally out, and it is the largest mod that has ever been released for the game. While playing the game, players are going torun into various companionswho are all intertwined in the fate of London.
Additionally, players will come acrosssome factions that need their help(some are much better than others in terms of nobility). In the Vagabond Faction, the player must help them take over from the Isle of Dogs Syndicate. Here’s how to complete their quest: “Welcome to the Vagabonds.”

How To Join The Vagabonds
to start the questline, players must first meet Sebastian Guant and follow him to the Swan and Mitre (the gang’s headquarters). They will learn that the Vagabonds are enemies of the Isle of Dogs Syndicate, and want to work together to take out the IODS and create a new leadership that is less abrasive and violent.
To initiate the quest, players will need to do several quests for Sebastian before they can pursue this quest and a membership in the organization. After meeting Sebastian, players must complete “Swan & Mitre,” “Fixer Upper,” and “Meeting in Millwall” before initiating the quest. Once meeting the requirements, speaking to Sebastian in the Swan & Mitre will begin this quest.

How To Get A Lapel Pin From An IODS Enforcer Captain
Once the player is finished speaking to Sebastian, they will learn that they need to take out an Isle of Dogs Syndicate Enforcer Captain. Once they do that, they can take their lapel pin and bring it back as proof. Speaking with Nelson, players can learn the location of a nearby Enforcer Captain. Travel to Millwall, which is one of their main headquarters, and find an enemy that is labeled “Isle of Dogs Sniffer.”
Upon defeating the Isle of Dogs Sniffer, players will be able to find and loot the “IODS Lapel Pin” to bring back to the Vagabonds. When shown to Sebastian, he will welcome the player into the faction and reward them with the following:
