How To Obtain These Characters In Fallout Shelter

Originally, players could obtain these characters by eitherlogging in during a specific timeor by completing specific quests during a certain time. If players have missed these opportunities, they canobtain each of these via Lunchboxes. (The pets are obtained via the Pet Carriers, and Snip Snip is available via Mr. Handy boxes.)

It is rare to get a Legendary Dweller from a Lunchbox, so it may take quite a bit before obtaining these characters.
