The bestFortniteeaster eggs are unveiled with Castle Doom, and playersmight find unsettling fates for their favorite heroes.
13Sue Storm
The Invisible Woman Remains Encased in a Glass Box
Sue Storm, the wife of Reed Richards, is another Marvel hero whose fate is a grizzly one. Players canhead into Doom’s throne roomto see a glass cabinet with a chair, where a plaque reads ‘Sue’. Considering Sue is the Invisible Woman, it’s no surprise that she’s actually in there, sitting on the chair. Whether she’s been propped up like a mannequin due to her death, or she is simply sitting and biding her time for an escape, is unclear.
12Mister Fantastic
Reed Richards is Stretched and Trapped as a Human Ball
There is no bigger hater in the Marvel universe than Victor Von Doom to Reed Richards. Doom despises Richards and loathes his entire existence. In Doom’s bedroom, players can find a polaroid of Mister Fantastic, covered in thrown axes and darts. However, they can actually find Mister Fantastic himself just down the corridor, where he has been stretched and pulled into a ball. If players look closely, they can see that Mister Fantastic is still wriggling, desperate to free himself from being Doom’s kickball.
11The Thing
The Rock Body of Ben Grimm is Doctor Doom’s Throne
Perhaps the worst fate of the Fantastic Four is that of Ben Grimm, who has been reduced to that of a throne. Heading to Doom’s throne room, players canfind Doctor Doomsitting on a pile of orange rocks, which is actually the disfigured remains of the Thing. This isn’t the first time Doom has toyed with Ben Grimm, as he has previously turned him into a wall, so there is hope that the Thing still lives, despite how much Doom hates him.
10Johnny Storm
The Flaming Heart of the Human Torch
Keeping Victor Von Doom warm on cold nights in Latveria is none other than the literal human heart of Johnny Storm, the Human Torch. Johnny’s heart has been removed from his body and placed in the mantle of Doctor Doom’s fireplace. Even without a heartbeat, it burns strong, and this is just one of the many Fantastic Four members that Doom has decided to torment and murder.
9Doctor Strange
The Eye of Agamotto is a Proud Relic in Doom’s Castle
Another of Doctor Doom’s proud relics on display is the necklace of the former Sorcerer Supreme, Doctor Strange. Cushioned on a red pillow is the Eye of Agamotto, the relic from the very first Sorcerer Supreme that contains the Time Stone. Despite having this powerful mythical item in his hands, it seems that not even the Master of the Mystic Arts himself could withstand doom, and now the Eye of Agamotto is in his clutches.
8Magneto
Magneto’s Wastelander Helmet is Destroyed
Chapter 5 Season 3 saw the release of Wastelander Magneto, who came to the island seeking aid, or else Doom would fall onto the island. It seems Magneto may have found help from Marvel heroes, but it was too late for him. Magneto’s helmet can be found fractured, and it seems that Doctor Doom with the powers of Pandora’s box was too much of a challenge for the master of metal, Magneto.
7Thanos
Thanos may have ambitions to wipe out half the universe, but it seems that Doctor Doom’s ambitions are grander. Thanos’ destroyed helmet can befound in Castle Doom, and it once again shows Doctor Doom’s strength. This isn’t the first time Doom has bested Thanos, as the ruler of Latveria has pulled out Thanos’ skeleton from his flesh before. It’s safe to say that Thanos won’t be returning to the lobby after that.
6Silver Surfer
A Fractured Surfboard Used by the Herald of Galactus
A noble person, forced into tormented servitude by Galactus, the Silver Surfer was required to venture through the universe to seek out planets for Galactus to consume. The Silver Surfer may have been bestowed great power as the Herald of Galactus, but even with his strength and heroic heart, he could not withstand Galactus, and so the remains of his destroyed silver surfboard are encased within Doom’s libraries.
5Ultron
Encased behind glass is another trophy for Doctor Doom, as the head of Ultron features. This destroyed head might be an Ultron-Bot, but it’s more likely that it’s Ultron himself, as Doom wouldn’t settle for a mere pawn for a trophy. Ultron is the feared villain of the Avengers who has the potential to cause human extinction, but once more, Doom shows his strength above all, machine or man.
4Doctor Doom’s Foot Dive
The Iconic Attack From Marvel vs. Capcom
When facing off against Doombot, he might decide to fold his arms and launch upwards, before descending down like a rocket with his legs outstretched. Thispowerful foot dive attackisn’t just Doctor Doom’s Doombot malfunctioning, as it’s an iconic attack that players ofMarvel vs. Capacomwill be all too familiar with.
