According to the chart, the characters with the highest appearance rate in the mode are Ruan Mei and Firefly. These five-star units have 94.21% and 77.26% rates, respectively.Honkai: Star Rail’s Robinfollows them with an average 44.58% rate.

For the unaware, it’s an Echo of War boss with powerful abilities. This giant boss has three phases, dealing a certain amount of Wind damage to enemies. It delays the target’s action and summons lotus companions that recover HP at the start of each turn. Honkai: Star Rail players can expect Phantylia to have the same kit as an Apocalyptic Shadow boss.
