Nova is a type of flower and material that players can collect inWuthering Waves. The material can only be found in the Black Shores and is required tolevel up characters such as Shorekeeperand Camellya. The materials are spread across the Black Shores Archipelago, but you can also buy them from the shop.
There is a 100+ Nova available to collect and, most characters require only 60 for ascension to Level 90.Wuthering Wavesplayers can follow this guide for thebest possible route for Nova collectionto quickly level up any character efficiently. Players will, however, need to keep in mind that some of these locations are quest locked, and their Resonance Beacons will be inaccessible if not done. So, it would be easier to first unlock all the Resonance Beacons before getting started on the routes.
Nova Locations - Black Shores Archipelago
Tethys Hub (Entrance) Route
Teleport to the Resonance Beaconat the entrance and turn around to head inside the cave you see behind you. Keep heading straight and turn left from some monsters. You’ll arrive at a small cliff edge, and you’ll need to just jump across to find the first two Nova you can collect.
From there, head up the winding cave until you reach an opening, which will bring you to the main Black Shores building. Keep going straight, but stick to your left, as the next two Novas will be on top of a small rock just before you enter the grounds. Then, head up the first flight of stairs you see and take a sharp right off the edge of the cliff. At the bottom of the cliff’s edge, you’ll spot three Novas for collection.
Teleport to the Resonance Beaconin the middle of Tethys Hub (this is the one near KU - Money). You can speak to the robot right next to the Resonance Beacon and buy 15 Nova from it first. Afterward, turn around and go up the stairs to your left. You’ll need to head straight past all the buildings on your right and stick close to the big rock wall you see on the left. There will be a hidden cave of sorts that you’ll need to head inside to find the next batch of Nova.
The first two Nova will be to the right as you head inside the cave, but the second two will be underneath. You’ll need to break the rock formation behind you to access it.
Haven Of Sprouts Route
Teleport to the Resonance Beaconnorthof the Haven of Sprouts and turn your frame around to find one Nova available for collection behind you. If you do not see it, it’s probably because there are some Tacet Discords surrounding it and obscuring its view.
TD Observatory Route
Teleport to the Resonance Beacon at TD Observatory and head off the edge to your right. Fly all the way around and keep heading straight to find a Nova at the bottom of the rock formation.
Nova Locations - Tethys’ Deep
Modulation Hall Route
Teleport to the Resonance Beacon at the Modulation Hall. Then, head straight across off the building and the cliff and fly all the way down to the waterfall you see. There will be five Novas for collection at the base of a rock. From there, head to your right out of the water and run straightpast all the enemies you seetowards the edge of the water. You’ll find three Novas for collection on top of a rock in shallow water.
Energy Hub Route
Teleport to the main Resonance Beacon at the Energy Hub, and you’ll find four Novas available for collection in the small pond you are standing in. From there, head straight, and just behind KU - HeeHee will be another vegetation where you can find three Nova.
Next, head up the first flight of stairs directly in front of you and go straight to find three more Nova on the right.
Eidoscope Route
After teleporting the Resonance Beacon, head straight down the path to where the Shorekeeper’s resting place is, and you’ll find nine Novas surrounding the seat. From there, head past the seat and go over the wall/ledge, flying all the way down to find four Novas for collection.
Headnorth on the map (that is left from where you are)and swim across to find two Nova for collection. Then, head straight across the water again and you’ll find two more Nova on top of a rock a few feet away from you. From there, continue straight across the shore until you come across three more Nova for collection. The last three will be a few feet away from you on a rock formation close to the shore. On the map, it will be atthe very south.
Wuthering Wavesplayers may only be able to unlock this point after completing the main Black Shores story quest.
Error Cell Route
The Error Cell route has a bit of back and forth, so players can first start by collecting the Nova in the north. Teleport to the Resonance Beacon and head behindKU - Pondertowards the edge of the cliff and fly towards the edge of the map. You’ll find four Nova there for collection.
Next, teleport back to the same Resonance Beacon and head straight towards the building in front of you. Go up the stairs and turn right to find one Nova growing there. From here, head straight and jump off the edge to fly down towards the lower level of the area. You will see three Nova for collection on either side of the stairs. Then, go left and glide off the cliff to fly down to the edge of the shore to find three more Nova.
Teleport back up to the Resonance Beacon again and head straight towards the buildings and up the flights of stairs. Head off the edge of the cliff and immediately turn your camera to find the next batch of Nova in an alcove of sorts underneath the cliff edge.
Bank Of Life Route
Teleport to the Resonance Beacon at thenorthof the island and turn around to find three Nova right behind you. Then, turn around again and head straight towards a rock you seeright in front of the Resonance Beacon. There will be two more Nova for collection here.
From here, go up the stairs behind you and head to your right to fly off the edge andfind a small cave of sorts underneath. It will be near some water and enemies as well, so if you run around the cave, you can find around six Nova to collect. Teleport back to the same Resonance Beacon and head right down the cliff to find three Nova for collection.
Finally, teleport to the southernmost Resonance Beacon atBank of Lifeand head up the small flight of stairs you will see to your right. Here, you’ll see two more Nova for collection. You’ll then need to head up the rock and move to your right whilst sticking to the edge of the rock. You’ll eventually see the shore, so just glide down and keep going straight until you spot three Nova for collection.
Teleport back to the same Resonance Beacon and head behind you to the rocks down below to find three Nova. Lastly, head to your right towards the stairs you see and collect the final three Nova in the area.
