How to Use Doctor Doom’s Arcane Gauntlets
Fire arcane blasts from your fingertips or concentrate your energy into a mystical bomb to devastate your enemies.
Acquiring the Arcane Gauntletsfrom Doctor Doom, players will have a pair of gauntlets with infinite ammo. The Arcane Blast is the default method of fire, and players can shoot it 8 times consecutively for 50 damage per hit. If players try and fire a 9th time, the gauntlets will overheat, and they will have to wait a moment for the bar of energy to regenerate. Players also have a Mystical Bomb attack, which is great for enemies that are clustered together, or using cover, as it deals 90 damage to each target as long as they are in the splash zone. However, both attacks are projectiles, so players need to adjust their aim accordingly due to their slow speed that is pulled down by gravity.
For a Week 0 Quest, players must damage opponents with Doctor Doom’s Arcane Gauntlets Mystical Bomb for 250 damage. This can beachieved rather easily, as it is an infinite-use weapon, but it does have a cooldown of 12 seconds. Players canhead into the air and use the Mystical Bomb attack on grouped-up enemies, or hostile Doom Guard NPCsto easily achieve the 250 damage that they need.
