As Marvel villains slowly stake their claim onto theFortniteBattle Royale island, it’s up to players to stop their carnage and reward themselves with the very loot that makes them so powerful in the first place. One such villain is Emma Frost, the dangerous psychic Mutant that has tussled with the X-Menmore times than players have Victory Royales.
Emma Frost has a few tricks up her sleeve, so as players attempt to take her down, they might want to be aware of a few things that could cause them to return to the lobby. Not only can Emma Frost be a struggle inFortnite, but her central location makes her an easy target for multiple teams at once.
Emma Frost Location
Emma Frost is located at The Raft. This POI was a recent addition to Chapter 5 Season 4, and it features a super-prison to house the most diabolical villains in the Marvel world. If players head to the Raft, then they need to be cautious of the lasers that are stationed at the doors leading into the main cell block. Whilst not lethal, these lasers will alert enemies and NPCs to the player’s location, so tread lightly, and head inside to the central cell block.
Emma Frost isn’t hard to miss, as she will be lounging on her throne within the cell block. She has made The Raft her home, and players can easily kick her out with a few tricks that will teach them how to beat Emma Frost inFortnite. Since she’s always stationed at the Raft, try and loot up before the big showdown.
How to Beat Emma Frost
Emma Frost is a rather laid-back villain inFortnite, and as players head into her boss room, they should immediately open fire on her. Emma is hostile from the moment she sees a player, even if they are offering a hugging emote.The best weapons to fight Emma Frost inFortnitealways involve the close-range variety, as she uses a Burst AR, which will make players a harder target to hit at such close range considering she has a medium to long-range weapon.
Once the boss fight has started, Doom Guards will make their way into the boss room, so try and take them out so that there isn’t too much chaos unfolding in the room. Emma Frost doesn’t do much other than fire her gun, so simply keep on top of damage byusing effective weapons like SMGs and Shotguns, or eventhe OP War Machine’s Arsenal item.
At certain health drops, Emma will encase herself in diamonds. All the diamond does is act as a defensive shell which means bullets deal less damage for a time. Players caninstantly knock Emma Frost out of her diamond form by throwing Captain America’s Shield at her.This effect does run out, and players can eliminate her quickly and effectively as seen above. Emma Frost’s Reveal Medallion
Occasionally mark nearby enemies for a short duration.
Emma Frost’s Medallion isn’t the best of the bunch for Chapter 5 Season 4, but it does have its usefulness for hunting down enemies who might be hiding nearby.With Emma Frost’s Reveal Medallion, a burst of scanning will occur in random intervals. This scan will then ping any enemies caught in the radius and will show a full red outline of the target, as well as a red arrow above their head to showcase exactly where they are, and their movements.
The Reveal Medallion uses the scanning function at random, and it’s not the largest burst in the world, so its vicinity is rather short. However, for those who want to make sure they know the enemy’s movements before they jump out and attack, this is one to keep an eye on.

Emma Frost’s personal Striker AR. High precision and fast fire rate make it easy to put foes on ice.
Upon eliminating Emma Frost, she will drop the same weapon that she has used to try and eliminate the player. This Mythic Assault Rifle is pretty good, but there are alternatives. It’s a weapon that benefits from medium-range fights, and the burst fire means that precision shots are needed to see a bounty of eliminations with this effective weapon.Like most Mythics, Emma Frost’s Striker Burst AR comes with pre-modified stats that cannot be altered:
