Before diving into the whereabouts of this Deviant, it is important to note that the Pup Buddy is not a guaranteed drop, so even if you follow the instructions correctly, you’re not necessarily going to get one.

While there were speculations that this Deviant is PvP exclusive, it has also been found on PvE servers. The Pup Buddy is present in multiple locations throughout the map.
