There are six ways to earn renown, with each method having a set amount of renown earned each time it is done:

Renown in a region willcontinue to add up and won’t go away, unlocking rewards after reaching specific benchmarks in each region. Renown is earned based on the region the above activity takes place in. To check your Renown totals in any region, open the map and select the, “View Rewards” option along the top right of the screen. The following screen will show each region’s current Renown Total and will let you claim rewards if they have been earned. The final two Renown ranks can only be earned by unlocking andplaying on World Tier 3.

The first thing you need to do is make sure you have a horse to make travel easier. In each region, your first goal should be tocomplete the three Strongholds in each region, giving 300 Renown in each region. Next, travel to cities and settlements and open the map to look for side quest icons, which will only appear if you check the map while in town. you’re able to accept many side quests at once before going out to complete them all and return to turn them all in and earn your Renown.

Another fast way to earn Renown is by getting on your horse and riding around to unexplored sections of the map.
