While Bungie does not provide exactdrop rate chances, community-driven data points to a 5% chance.. However, there is a way to increase the drop rate chance for Whirling Ovation by completing the associated Triumphs for The Desert Perpetual Title. Is Whirling Ovation a Good Exotic Rocket Launcher?
Whirling Ovation is essentially a super-charged Scorch Cannon, as players can overcharge the shots to release Solar projectiles. A single shot combines both Solar and Strand to Unravel and Scorch, providing a great synergy between the two great elements.
