Slitterheadhas 41 achievements and 42 trophies (if you count the Platinum). By just following the main storyline and completing the missions laid out in front of players, they should be able to complete the game with about 70% of the achievements unlocked. However, to get the rest of them, you’ll need to find some collectibles, beat the game on its hardest mode, and do other not-so-easy tasks.
