The islands differ not only in appearance but also in level. If you sail to a location significantly higher than yours, you will not be able to complete quests there. In addition, enemies will most likely one-shot you.

All new players start their journey onStarter Island. There, you’re able to complete the first quests, as well as purchase weapons orfruitsto start creating a build. But, as soon as you reach level 50 or higher, you will need to sail to another island with stronger enemies and, accordingly, greater rewards.
