Summary
Laid-Back Campfans will soon have more of Nadeshiko, Rin, and all the series characters because a new season was announced. The animation is based on the same name manga created by Afro. The first season ofLaid-Back Campcame out in 2018, followed by a second season in 2021 and, finally, thethird season was broadcast this year. Seasons one and two were produced by C-Station, but the third season was produced by studio Eight Bit.
It also spawnedLaid-Back Camp: The Movie, released in 2022 (ahead of the third season) and a spin-off manga series titledRoom Camp, also adapted into animation in 2020, anda few games. The movie, the second season and the spin-off anime were all announced together in 2018.

The series starts when Nadeshiko Kagamihara moves to Yamanashi. She decides to visit the infamous Mount Fuji. She goes on a bike, but gets too tired at one point. That’s when she meets Rin Shima, a girl who is camping around alone. Then, Rin, Nadeshiko and the other girls start camping together.
The original manga has been running since 2015. It started in theManga Time Kirara Forwardmagazine, but then moved toComic Fuzin 2019. So far, 16 volumes have been released, and Yen Press publishes the series in the US.Room Campis still unpublished in the US.
