Summary
Last year,LEGO announced the first-ever sets in collaboration with Animal Crossingand fans of comfy games were more than excited to build the island of their dreams in real life. The first LEGO Animal Crossing sets featured a plethora of iconic characters and locations from New Horizons, like Isabelle, Kapp’n, and the most-visited shop on the island,Nook’s Cranny— plus a ton offan-favorite villagerswere added to the lineup, too.
Despite the decent variety seen in the first lineup of sets, LEGO Animal Crossing still has some notable characters missing; especially characters like K.K. Slider, Blathers, Flick, and the Dodo brothers. But, the latest LEGO Animal Crossing sets help close the gap by adding even more minifigures and recognizable locations to the growing collection by LEGO, resulting in even more sets that collectors and fans of the series won’t want to skip out on.
LEGO Animal Crossing K.K.’s Concert at the Plaza
This Animal Crossing LEGO set takes place in the heart of every player’s island; the plaza outside the Resident Services building. K.K. Slider plays his weekly show in LEGO form with Isabelle and fox-like villager Audie in the audience. Coming on top as the biggest LEGO Animal Crossing set to date, this 550-piece set comes with a model of the Resident Services building, a drivable camper for K.K., and a small café.
LEGO Animal Crossing Fly with Dodo Airlines
The Dodo Airlines Airport is one of the first things a player sees while playing ACNH for the first time, making it one of the most iconic parts of the game. Naturally, the Dodo Airlines airport wouldn’t be complete without the iconic seaplane and pilot, Wilbur, which also comes included in this 292-piece LEGO set.

Concert at the Plaza: LEGO Animal Crossing’s Biggest Set Yet
Before the latest drop, the largest set to hit the shelves wasNook’s Cranny & Rosie’s House, totaling about 535 pieces. With a $5 difference in price, K.K. Slider’s Concert at the Plaza comes in at 550 pieces, resulting in LEGO Animal Crossing’s biggest and most detailed set to date.
Complete with iconic characters and in-game locations, the Concert at the Plaza set comes with a small café perfect for villagers with a sweet tooth, K.K.’s traveling caravan, an autumnal tree, and the iconic ACNH bulletin board with a bird perched on top to help create a vibrant scene inspired by New Horizons.
Aside from Isabelle and K.K. himself, one of the most recognizable things in this set is the LEGO recreation of the Residential Services building, which the player frequents in New Horizons. Although the building itself is not entirely to scale with what’s seen in-game, it does have an interior decorated with recognizable items like the Nook Stop kiosk and the town’s recycle box.
This LEGO set also adds three new minifigures to the lineup, including the iconic musician K.K. Slider, Isabelle dressed in a cozy outfit befitting the change in weather, and the peppy fox-inspired villager, Audie.
Fly with Dodo Airlines: Adventure and Details Abound
The Dodo Airlines airport is one of the most iconic locations in the game, stationed at the bottom entrance of every single player’s island. Great for kids and collectors alike, the Fly with Dodo Airlines set includes Wilbur’s iconic seaplane, the airport, dock, and a small beach where a crab lives.
Much like the Concert at the Plaza set, the interiors of the airport are much smaller compared to what can be seen in the game. Regardless, the amount of details LEGO has fit into this small space is extremely impressive. From the potted plants to the map and iconic orange gate, this set feels surprisingly full of life. Plus, you can customize the town’s flag outside the airport, just like you can in-game.
The Fly with Dodo Airlines LEGO set comes with two new minifigures; Tangy the tangerine-inspired cat villager, and Wilbur the dodo bird pilot.

What’s Next For LEGO Animal Crossing?
The latest LEGO Animal Crossing sets brought fans several beloved characters and locations, but the question remains: what’s next for LEGO Animal Crossing?
Well, there are plenty of iconic characters and locations missing from the lineup of sets. Perhaps the next LEGO Animal Crossing set will feature the museum and café, with LEGO minifigures of Brewster and Blathers.
Of course, more event-based LEGO Animal Crossing sets like K.K. Sliders concert would be cool to see, too. Like a bug-hunting set featuring Flick, or a star-gazing set featuring Celeste. Whatever it is, fans are waiting patiently to see just what LEGO Animal Crossing has to offer next.
