The Queen’s Codex event is no exception, and players are already looking forward to adding to their collections.
Costume additions have been a staple inMarvel Rivalsupdates.TheMarvel RivalsSeason 3 battle passgives players a chance to earn symbiote skins, along with some sharp gold and white suits and Phoenix-themed robes. Many fans have been particularly fond of the symbiote line, especially the Jeff the Land Shark and Squirrel Girl options.
Marvel Rivals Queen’s Codex Event Skins
Marvel RivalsdeveloperNetEase announced that The Queen’s Codex eventwill begin on August 8 and will include multiple tiers of rewards. As players advance through the event, they can earn the symbiote costume for The Thing for free; no purchase required.

Two other skins are featured in The Queen’s Codex event, but the Premium Codex pass will be required. Players who purchase the pass can have access to skins for Black Widow and Hela, with the Hela – Queen in Black costume being the final reward. The Premium Codex will also include a new dynamic spray for players to show off in-game. Players who purchase the premium pass unlock it permanently, giving them a chance to earn the rewards at their own pace.Marvel Rivalsrecently fixed a Hela glitchin the July 31 patch, so a premium skin could be the ultimate reward for Hela players for their patience.
The Thing has received other costume updates inMarvel RivalsSeason 3. Players who purchase the premium pass for theMarvel RivalsSummer Special eventcan unlock Sunshine Thing, which features The Thing in a black swimsuit and a Hawaiian lei. The Summer Special event will run through August 15, but like The Queen’s Codex event, players can unlock the event permanently with purchase.
August 8 is already shaping up to be an exciting day forMarvel Rivalswith the release of the Season 3.5 update, which includes theanticipated release of Blade toMarvel Rivals, team-up adjustments, a new map called Throne of Knull, and a new game mode called Resource Rumble. This mode will initially be found in Quick Match on August 22 to allow players to try it out and give their feedback to the developers before it rolls out to competitive play.
