Fortnite Leaks Possible Return of OG, But With a Twist
It is important to note that this is different from the leaked Core mode inFortnite, which is speculated to allow players to take part in 5v5 battles, similar to games likeCall of Duty. While thereturn of Chapter 1 inFortnitemight be good news for a lot of fans, the leak has divided the community. Many fans believe that the introduction of a permanent Chapter 1-based mode separate from the main game will significantly divide the player base. This would mean that there will be a lesser number of players in each playlist, which could lead to a host of issues.
Just like the 5v5 mode, this has not been confirmed by Epic Games, so it should be taken with a grain of salt. So far, Epic Games has been quite successful in implementing new game modes inFortnite. For instance, the Reload mode was an absolute hit when it was launched earlier this year. Recently,Epic Games also added the much-requested solos option toFortniteReload. With the next Chapter less than a month away, fans will be learning more about it pretty soon.
