Rosetta Cards are essentially special keys inOnce Humanthat grant you access to specific areas, buildings, or containers that are locked down. These cards were issued to former Rosetta employees and surprisingly remain functional after the Stardust apocalypse.
There are two types of Rosetta Access Cards: V1 and V2. The Rosetta V1 cards provide general clearance to closed-off areas, while the Rosetta V2 cards grant access to more advanced locations. Since you’ll need these cards to enter different facilities, this guide can help you find the Rosetta V1 and V2 Access Cards inOnce Human.
How To Get Rosetta V1 Access Cards in Once Human
Rosetta V1 Access Cards are comparatively more common than their V2 counterparts. You can find lots of Rosetta V1 Access Cards by simply exploring every nook and cranny of differentsettlements inOnce Human.
These include easy-to-miss places, likebehind crates, abandoned structures, or sometimes even on top of theRosetta staff’scorpses. Make sure to inspect all the terminals and desks you come across.
Where To Use Rosetta V1 Cards
Rosetta V1 Cards are needed toaccess basic security doorsin residential or commercial buildings. They grant you access to certain storage containers thathold valuable loot. V1 Access Cards are sometimes required to interact with terminals. In this case, approach the terminal and hit the indicated button to use the card.
How To Get Rosetta V2 Access Cards in Once Human
On the other hand, Rosetta V2 Access Cards are significantly harder to obtain than V1 cards and grant access to much more restricted areas. They can open up locked doors inside the more high-level settlements and give you access to secret areas that hold valuable loot, includingMystical Crates inOnce Human.
Finding the V2 Access Cards can be more challenging since they are mainly obtained bydefeatingElite enemies, completing certain quests, or taking downRosetta guards. An early-game quest, calledUnfinished Expedition,is a surefire way of getting a Rosetta V2 Access Card.
Rosetta cards are region-specific. This means that a card found in one area won’t necessarily work in another. For instance, if you find a Rosetta V2 Card in Broken Delta, you can use it to unlock doors and containers within this area. As you progress to new regions, you’ll collect Rosetta V2 Cards that are specific to that location and won’t work in Broken Delta.
Where To Use Rosetta V2 Cards
Once you get a Rosetta V2 Access Card, you can use it toenter sealed roomsthat hold Weapon, Gear, or Mystical Crates inside. These crates contain a variety of items that can increase your survivability inOnce Human.
Besides this, many quests, like the Unfinished Expedition, require V2 Access Cards to enter restricted areas and unlock critical story progression.
