Blackbeard is the captain of the Blackbeard Pirates. He formed the crew after murdering Thatch and abandoning the Whitebeard Pirates. In a short time, he has become one of the strongest characters in One Piece. He has two Devil Fruits in his locker, and he has good control over Haki.
Like Blackbeard, Luffy is also a Yonko and is currently one of the pirates closest to One Piece. Luffy and Blackbeard share the same dream, and that is to become the Pirate King. Kaido was thecaptain of the Beasts Piratesand the ruler of Wano. Under his tyranny, the country was turned into a wasteland filled with nothing but armament factories. Kaido was blessed with a great degree of strength from his childhood. He was even treated as a weapon by the people of Vodka Kingdom.
Kaido loved fighting, so it’s hardly surprising that he had mastered all kinds of Haki. He believed that Haki was the key to becoming stronger. Kaido also had the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu. The Devil Fruit allowed him to turn into an Azure Dragon. Kaido could use both the hybrid and full-beast forms during fights. Luffy managed to beat Kaido with the help of Gear 5. While Blackbeard is also a Yonko, he has not shown any outstanding feat that would imply he could beat Kaido.
5Silvers Rayleigh
One Of The Strongest Members Of The Roger Pirates
Silvers Rayleigh used to be the right-hand man of Gol D. Roger. He was the first person whom Roger approached and asked to join his crew. Even in his old age, Rayleigh was able to fight against one of the Admirals. He has accessto all three types of Hakiand can use their advanced variants as well.
Rayleigh came face-to-face with Blackbeard on Amazon Lily. The latter traveled to the island to capture Boa Hancock and steal her Mero Mero no Mi. When Blackbeard saw Rayleigh, he chose to listen to his demands and ran away with Koby. While Rayleigh did specify that he only got what he wanted because of the circumstances, Blackbeard could have stayed and fought if he knew that he could win.
4Shanks
The Best Haki User In One Piece
Shanks is arguably the strongest character inOne Piece. He doesn’t have a Devil Fruit, so his primary method of fighting is Haki. Shanks can use all three types of Haki, and he has splendid control over all of them. Shanks has not been involved in too much on-screen action, but his recent demolition of Eustass Kid gave the audience an idea of his strength.
Shanks used Divine Departure to end Kid’s dream of becoming the Pirate King. Just a single attack was enough to down a pirate with a bounty of 3 billion berries, which is absolutely ridiculous. On the other hand, Blackbeard had to struggle a lot to beat Trafalgar Law. At the moment, Luffy has a better chance of beating Shanks than Blackbeard.
3Dracule Mihawk
The Strongest Swordsman In The World
Dracule Mihawk is theco-founder of the Cross Guild. He started the organization with Crocodile, but Buggy’s subordinates hijacked it by printing posters that made them look like his underlings. Mihawk and Crocodile decided to play along as they wanted Buggy to take the brunt of their actions.
When it comes to strength, there aren’t many better than Dracule Mihawk. He is the world’s strongest swordsman, and he is one of the few characters who remain to be tested. Mihawk has fought Shanks in the past, and all their fights likely ended in a draw. Blackbeard’s Yami Yami no Mi won’t be able to do much in the fight against Mihawk, as the latter does not have a Devil Fruit. Additionally, it is safe to assume that Mihawk’s Haki is superior to Blackbeard’s. Luffy’s Haki is around the same level as Mihawk, and his Devil Fruit is actually useful in the fight.

Boa Hancock was offered a place in the Shichibukai after her first voyage, as the World Government immediately recognized her as a threat. Being a member of the Kuja tribe, Hancock has been thoroughly trained to use Haki. It has already been confirmed that she can use all three types of Haki.
Boa Hancock’s biggest asset is her Mero Mero no Mi. The Devil Fruit gives her the power to petrify anyone that she likes. Hancock has already tried using the power of Luffy, but it didn’t work because of his pure heart. Blackbeard was unable tocapture Board Hancock by himself.He needed the support of his crew and the intervention of the Navy to distract her, after which he subdued her.
1Monkey D. Garp
The Hero Of The Marines And A Living Legend
Monkey D. Garp is a Navy Vice Admiralwho was mainly active during the era of Gol D. Roger. In fact, Garp was the only Marine who was able to fight and corner the Pirate King. Garp was also involved in the God Valley Incident, where he allied with Roger to vanquish Rocks D. Xebec.
Despite his age, Garp is an absolute behemoth who is capable of fighting and overpowering someone like Kuzan without too much trouble. Garp was dominating the fight and only lost because the other Titanic Captains joined the fray. Luffy has finally grown stronger than his grandpa, but the same cannot be said about Blackbeard. The latter ran away from Akainu even though the Admiral did not have any big names accompanying him.
