Rocks D. Xebec Was A Monster Above Yonko Level
Fans know long before the Elbaf arc began that Rocks was an absolute monster. When he was first mentioned in One Piece chapter 1155, it was clear thatRocks was on an entirely different levelfrom most in the world. When I was a kid, I thought to myself: man I would love to draw a manga with the most hyped final stage! I wonder if I’m up to it! Now, we have only a tiny bit of Wano arc left, the preparations are almost done. Took me 25 years lol. That said, it’s fine if you start reading from this point on. Because from this point on…it’ll be… The ONE PIECE!! The mysteries of this world, I’ll be drawing all of them! It’ll be super interesting! Fasten your seatbelt! And please stay with me for a bit longer! — Eiichiro Oda, Author of One Piece, 2022
Harald Earned The Admiration Of Rocks
Rocks D. Xebec was easily able to defeat an Admiral of the Marines, but against Harald, he wasn’t able to do much. The clash was even, suggesting a parity in power. More than anything, Harald earned the respect of the legendary Rocks D. Xebec on this day, which just goes to show that they were close in terms of power.
