The crew of the Emperors of the Sea inOne Pieceare widely regarded as the most powerful in the entire pirate world as those who pose the greatest threat to the World Government. One of the basic requirements of being a part of a Yonko crew has to do with strength, as the power that they have should be unquestionable by anyone at a lower level than them, otherwise, they wouldn’t be strong enough to keep their power for long.
However, despite this, each of these crews has a member who is simply not as powerful as the others. However, thisisn’t to say that they are weakby any means, only that they’re outclassed in terms of strength by just about every other character in the crew. So, let’s break down the weakest member of each ofOne Piece’sYonko crew and see just why they are at that spot.
Story Arc
Wholecake Island Arc
Although the Big Mom Pirates are the weakest overall Yonko crew in the story, they are actually the greatest in terms of size, sinceBig Mom has had 85 childrenwho are each a part of the crew. Technically, the weakest members of this crew are the young children who are nameless and have an incredibly brief mention within the story. Due to such a brief mention, Flampe can be considered the weakest named character in this crew.

Flampe only really acted as a minor hindrance in Luffy’s battle against Katakuri by spitting poison darts at him. However, she was later incapacitated during the clash between Luffy and Katakuri’s Conqueror’s Haki, showing that despite her high praise of herself, she was practically useless.

Jaya Arc
The Blackbeard Pirates areone of the most powerful crews, even among those of the Emperors. Due to this, even the weaker members of this crew are still pretty formidable fighters who have very powerful Devil Fruit abilities. The true weakest member of this crew is actually a horse by the name of Stronger, who is used as the mount for Doc Q.

As the Captain of the Ninth Ship and a member of Blackbeard’s Ten Titanic Captains, Doc Q is very powerful, especially when seen with his Devil Fruit, which can create and spread powerful diseases to his enemies. However, the definite weakest member of this crew is Stronger, whose only ability is that of flight after eating the Mythical Zoan Pegasus fruit. Ironically, Stronger is seen as just as sick as Doc Q himself.
The Waiters Are Just Basic Footsoldiers
Weakest Members of the Beast Pirates
Much like the Big Mom Pirates, the Beast Pirates are largely made up of many low-level foot soldiers who haven’t done anything significant in the story. Although much ofKaido’s crew has incredibly powerful memberswho each have impressive feats of strength, the Waiters are the lowest level of the organization. These are regular people who have not gotten any power boost from any Devil or SMILE Fruits, so they essentially just serve as fodder to bulk up the overall forces of the Beast Pirates.
Marineford Arc
Despite being one of the strongest crews inOne Pieceand having the most powerful captain of the previous 4 Emperors of the Sea, the Whitebeard Pirates by themselves weren’t very strong. The bulk of theirnotoriety came from Whitebeard himself, who was a pirate strong enough to rival even Gol D. Roger and had arguably the strongest Devil Fruit in the entire setting, which gave him the power to destroy the entire world if he wanted to.

Because of this, some members of the Whitebeard Pirates were pretty weak, chief of them being Atmos. Atmos was the 13th Division Commander in the crew and even though he didn’t get much screen time, he failed to do anything substantial in all the time that he was given. He even fell prey to Doflamingo’s strings during the Paramount War and began to cry for help, showing how weak he actually was.
Orange Town Arc
Most fans of the series likely don’t even remember Mohji, since the greatest role he served was back during the earliest stages of theOne Piecestory. Introduced as theFirst Mate of the Buggy Pirates, Mohji made his debut on the back of his pet lion, Richie, and proved to be a hindrance for Luffy, Zoro, and Nami at that stage in the story. However, they were eventually defeated fairly easily.
There is no animal in this world that Beast Tamer Mohji can’t tame!
Since then, however, they have barely even been in the story, with the series showing vague glimpses of Mohji on top of his lion here and there every so often. At the current moment, they are both a part of the Cross Guild due to Mohji’s loyalty to his former (and also current) captain, although they are even further out of the limelight than they were back then.
The Red Hair Pirates are notorious around the world for being arguably the most powerful crew without a single Devil Fruit user, instead relying on their mastery of Haki. Due to this, it is stated that each of the crew’s most important members is relative to each other in terms of strength, so this is by far the most balanced crew of all the Yonkos and is the one withthe greatest overall bounty as well.
Hey! You guys have heard of Rockstar, right?!
Rockstar was inducted into the ranks of the Red Hair Pirates quite recently, since it was only 2 years ago when he joined. Because of this, it can be surmised that his mastery of Haki and overall strength don’t even compare to the top brass of this crew, although he is still quite confident in his abilities. This could be seen when he asked Shanks if he should reclaim his honor after Whitebeard tore up his letter, which Shanks forbade. At the very least, this shows that Rockstar is far above the average pirate in terms of strength.
Although Oda has gone on record stating that Usopp would be the weakest member of the Straw Hats in an SBS, at least until Elbaf, he is still far superior in his physicality when compared to Nami. The main reason for this is thatNami’s role in the Straw Hats crewisn’t one that is focused on combat considering she is the navigator. Although this role is arguably the most important, it goes to show that Nami’s expertise lies in things other than fighting.

Moreover, although Usopp’s weakness has been called out by Oda, he was still able to unlock Observation Haki during the events of Dressrosa, which is greater than any combat feat of Nami’s. However, she is certainly no pushover in a fight, since her Clima-Tact is now infused with the power of Big Mom’s Zeus, making it far stronger than ever before.
