There are various ingredients inZelda: Echoes of Wisdomthat you may use to make smoothies. Smoothies are mainly used for replenishing health, but depending on the type of ingredient, you could get a different effect. Using Bubble Kelp in smoothies is ideal for areas where you can dive. However, if you journey east ofEchoes of Wisdom’s Hyrule, you can get the “Out of Bubble Kelp!” side quest from a Business Scrub.

Bubble Kelp Location in Echoes of Wisdom
OutsideCrossflows Plaza, which is to the east of Seesyde Village, you’ll find a Business Scrub manning one of the Smoothie Shops around Hyrule. Speak to him, and you’ll get the “Out of Bubble Kelp!” side quest. Until you complete it, you won’t be able to use this particular Smoothie Shop. Fortunately, all you need to do is bring the Business Scrubx3 Bubble Kelpto open the store. Here are some ways of obtaining Bubble Kelp:
You can potentially increase the drop rate of ingredients by equipping the Survey Scope or the Survey Binoculars Accessory. You’ll obtain the Survey Scope after completing the first half of “Recipes, Please!” side quest. The Survey Binoculars replaces the Survey Scope once you make 30 different smoothie recipes.
After delivering the Bubble Kelp, you’ll receive 20 Rupees as a reward, and the Seesyde Village Smoothie Shop will now be open for business.
Where to Use Bubble Kelp
Every Smoothie with Bubble Kelp
The obvious use for Bubble Kelp is to use them as ingredients for smoothies. When two Bubble Kelp are combined, they’ll make a Bubble Smoothie. This will grant the Dive Up effect, allowing Zelda to swim underwater for a longer time. Bubble Smoothies have the same effect as the Zora Scale Accessory.
