The Pokémon Companydebuted a brand-new Pokémon Presents yesterdaythat showcased what’s in store for the mega franchise in the coming months. Toward the end of the presentation, a bit ofPokémon Legends: Z-Awas showcased, loosely breaking down what the upcoming game’s story would entail.

What wasn’t divulged during the Pokémon Presents was that Nintendo was planning to release aPokémon Legends: Z-ASwitch 2 bundle that would pair the company’s new console with the next iteration of the series at a discounted price.But as the Presents concluded, Nintendo made a separate announcement doing just that.

While Nintendo revealed thePokémon Legends: Z-ASwitch 2 bundle yesterday, it didn’t make clear exactly when excited Pokémon Trainers could go online and catch the package. That information came this morning,as preorder pages started going up at various video game retailers.

Where Can You Preorder the Pokémon Legends: Z-A Switch 2 Bundle?

As of now, there are preorder pages live atTarget,Best Buy, andGameStop, which list the system and game combo at $500. The Nintendo Switch 2 is currently retailing at $450, whilePokémon Legends: Z-Ais being priced at $70 on theNintendo Switch 2. Thus,ordering thePokémon Legends: Z-ASwitch 2 bundle will end up saving gamers about $20.

The $500 price point is unsurprising, but this bundle featuringPokémon Legends: Z-Ais actually a bit less of a value than the one that includesMario Kart World. Because Nintendo’s racer retails at $80, it provides $30 of value in bundle form.

ThePokémon Legends: Z-ASwitch 2 bundle does not include the physical edition of the game. Instead, the console box contains a full game download code.

Amazon doesn’t appear involved in bundle sales at this point either, which is par for the course as of late. However, the massive online retailer hasbegun selling Nintendo Switch 2 games recently, includingPokémon Legends: Z-Afor Switch 2, and has limited quantities ofNintendo Switch 2 consoles available through an invitation process.
