The requirement to evolve Doublade into Aegislash isonly 100 Honedge Candies. After that, engaging in battles can change their forms.
Unlike Pokemon with separate catchable forms, Aegislash shifts between Shield Forme and Blade Forme automatically during Pokemon GO battles — mimicking its Stance Change ability from the main games.
