This Pikachu, referred to as “Pikachu PhD,” is outfitted in a PhD costume featuring a lab coat, graduation cap, swirly glasses, and cute brown hair.Pikachu PhD is only available to those that complete 100 showcase wins, making it quite the task for players to earn. Alongside that, only one Pikachu PhD is available per account.
Rare Pikachu PhD Also Has Perfect Stats
The costume isn’t the only part of Pikachu PhD that is incredibly rare. ThePokemon also has perfect stats, with maxed out attack, defense, and HP. This is a rare occurrence inPokemon GOand results in a uniquely strong Pokemon that will typically perform well in battle. Many players strive to capture as many of these maxed-out Pokemon as possible, and collecting one with an ultra-rare costume just adds to how special this specific Pikachu is.
PokeStop Showcases are a great way for players to compete with their Pokemon against others in a non-combat environment.
