On Spring 15 (Monday) inFields of Mistria, you should be able to head to the Request Board near the General Store and take on the ‘Request for a Miner’s Pickaxe’ fromOlric.
He wants you to find aMiner’s Pickaxeand bring it to him. When the earthquake happened in Mistria, he and Errol lost a lot of stuff. Olric got his pickaxe back, but Errol never did. We’ll show you where tofind the Miner’s Pickaxe inFields of Mistria.

As far as we know, the only place you can get aMiner’s PickaxeinFields of Mistriais in theMines.You should havethe Mines unlocked by now(they’re west of the Museum).
Before entering the Mines, it’s best that you enter early in the day and have as much stamina/health as possible so that you’re able to stay down there longer. You can eat soup for free at the Inn to recover or even bathe at the bathhouse.
To actually find the Miner’s Pickaxe, though, you’ll need to search the early levels of the Mines and use your pickaxe (or shovel) to unearth those round mounds you see in the ground occasionally.
The Miner’s Pickaxe is an Artifact, so if you’ve yet to discover it, the item will appear as a rock with a question mark on it. Simply hold the item in your hand and Identify it to make the true item appear. There’s a chance it could be the Miner’s Pickaxe.
Of course, you can always donate it to the Museum, but for the sake of the side quest, you should bring it to Olric. (He was in his bedroom at the Blacksmith in our game).
And like we mentioned before, you’ll get250 Tesserae for giving him the item. If you find more later on, you can also sell them for 40 Tesserae. Just put the item in that box outside of your house on your farm.
