Now, some leaks have pulled back the curtain on Wuyang ahead of his official reveal. Though it is unclear what ones are Major or Minor Perks, these choices include Overflow, Ebb and Flow, Balance, and Falling Rain, which restore resources, rewind the Guardian Wave ability, increase healing after dealing damage, and allow the control of three water orbs, respectively.
