Throughout the series, Itachi is depicted as a heinous villain with no redeeming factors to speak of. He killed the entire Uchiha clan and seemingly murdered his parents in cold blood right in front of Sasuke. It’s easy to see why Naruto’s rival walked the path of hatred to defeat his brother, only to be on the end of an earth-shattering revelation at the end of their battle.

After using Kirin to mortally would Itachi, the rogue shinobi spends the last of his strength showing off the Susanoo, approaching Sasuke maliciously. Gaara

It’s easy tolabel Gaara as a heartless psychopathwho has no problems killing anyone and anything standing in his way when he’s introduced inNaruto. The heartless manner in which he crushed Rock Lee’s limbs and tried to kill him in the hospital makes him an easy character to hate. However, like most characters inNaruto, the trauma he experienced at an early age led to him developing a hatred for the people around him.

As a young Jinchuuriki who didn’t understand why people hated him, Gaara felt lonely and ostracized at all times. He just wanted to be loved, and it seemed like he finally had someone who could take care of him in the form of Yashamaru. The way he asked this gentle soul about the injury in his heart even though he didn’t bleed is simply heartbreaking, which made it hard to digest when Yashamaru attempted to kill Gaara and pretended to hate him, simply because of the hateful orders of the Fourth Kazekage.

5"No Matter What, I Will Love You Always!"

It was clear to Itachi that his plan to save Sasuke from the curse of hatred plaguing the Uchiha clan had failed. After succeeding in this goal, Itachi bid farewell in a manner only he could.

He regretted his actions and told Sasuke that he wouldn’t feel guilty if his little brother hated him for lying to him and keeping him in the dark for so long. Things could’ve turned out differently if he’d trusted his younger brother, but it was too late for regrets. All Itachi could sayas he disappeared was that he loved Sasuke with all his heart, their foreheads touching in a tender moment as Sasuke enjoyed a beautiful moment with his deceased sibling.
