That’s where creators Bouhm and Pathoschild’s NPC Map Locations mod comes in handy, as it ultimately streamlines the social aspect ofStardew Valley’s gameplay by cutting down on the time it often takes to simply find a specific character in the game.
The NPC Map Locations mod does exactly what its name suggests it does and then some. When the mod is installed and enabled, players can view thelocations of each NPC inStardew Valley, as well as any players in the game. As a bonus, these locations update in real-time to prevent players from showing up to an area only to find that the pursued NPC has departed. Included in the mod is an optional minimap that displays the same information, as well as a complete redrawing of the map so that it is much more representative of the game’s world.
