Summary
After a grueling grind that lasted a week and a half, aStarfieldplayer managed to reach Level 341 without ever resorting to console commands. There are plenty of ways to level inStarfield, and playing the game in a manner intended by the developers is rarely among the fastest methods. While solving problems across the Settled Systems and going on an interstellar adventure are a steady source of experience points, players interested in power leveling tend to opt for one of two approaches.
The first method is bycrafting Adaptive Frames inStarfield, which yield only a single experience point, but are otherwise easy to make – demanding only a single piece of Iron and Aluminum each. The second method involves finding a high-level planet with plenty of wildlife, climbing on top of the ship, and gunning down the targets for a lot of experience.
For Benjamin, who shared their Starborn character on theStarfieldsubreddit, the first method was more enticing, as they made use of the Adaptive Frame loop to go from Level 200 to Level 341. The total grind took 11 days to pull off, and apparently cost Benjamin his left hand and sanity. While some in theStarfieldcommunity frown at other players using power leveling methods, the work put into the character is very real. It takes a Level 328 character to fully max out theskill tree inStarfield, which implies that Benjamin still has perk points left to spend.
Starfield Player Reaches Level 341 in 11 Days
Another impressive feat about Benjamin is that he appears to be wearing the Venator variant of the Starborn armor, which can only be obtained afterentering New Game Plus inStarfieldten times. While the latest Bethesda sandbox has had a notably mixed reception since its launch in September 2023, it still maintains a dedicated community, both in terms of players and in terms of modders. The developers at Bethesda have supportedStarfieldwith a plethora of patches, and its first expansion pack is set to be released in Fall 2024.
That being said, Shattered Space can be viewed asStarfield’s chance to rewrite its own history by addressing the major criticisms levied against the base game. The quality-of-life updates, such as the improved city camp, have been a great addition toStarfield, but thesuccess of Shattered Spacewill likely define whetherStarfieldis worth staying with in the long run.
