Once a player starts one of the minigames, they will be able to earn a medal ranging from Bronze to Gold. Each time one of these minigames comes to an end, players will be able to re-try or leave.
Players should keep at it to try to get the highest reward they can because once they leave the minigame, it will become locked. This means players should never leave without at least getting a Bronze medal, but try to get the best scores they can. To gain this currency, they will need toaccomplish Gameday Goals— which will be listed under theirStaff Members. Players who set much harder goals will have more to gain but risk not accomplishing these goals at all. Players should set easily obtainable goals to ensure their staff gets more Talents out of games — at least for their first go at Franchise.
6Unlock Hidden Potential
Different Players Develop At Different Rates
Players will need to coach athletes who will have a wide range of potential development. The most potent players that fans can put in the game will beSuperstar X-Factor Players. These players will develop faster than any other players on the roster, and gain access toZone and Superstar Abilitiesby accomplishing goals while they play.
However, some will be bottom of the barrel, and others might be hidden completely. When theirDevelopment is hidden, players will need to put the player into games to complete a challenge listed underneath it.
