To trigger the Traces of Chroma quest inGenshin Impact, players must complete The World is Your Canvas quest (Sunspray Summer Resort Part 2) and then use an Asha to paint the building in front of the NPC saying “No vandalization…” in Easybreeze Market. This will force Cozatl, the NPC, to speak with you and start the quest.
Next, travelers are taken to a cafe, where they must use an Asha to help paint it by following certain instructions. Make surethe walls are yellowwhile theawnings and parasols are a different color. After a small cutscene, wait one in-game day to be taken to another shop to complete a painting commission.
Once the commission starts, listen to Zolin to know which colors to use. For short,paint the surfboard blue, the beach ball red, and the floaty yellow. To complete the commission, head to the instrument store andpaint the awning, sign, and two balloons either yellow or orange. After that, speak with everyone and then travel to a cave by following the quest mark.
Look for clues around the cave and then read the Yellowed Records to announce theinvestigation results inGenshin Impact. During the investigation, players need to interpret some ideas to come up with answers.
