Its presence inAssassin’s Creed Shadows' year one roadmapindicated it was set to arrive this year, but it seems players can expect to see it before the end of September. Essentially, it shouldn’t be more than two months away, which is exciting for fans who enjoyed the base game.

Assassin’s Creed Shadows' Claws of Awaji DLC Should Arrive By the End of September

This aligns with a rumor from May, which suggested thatClaws of Awajiwould be released in either September or October 2025. As of Ubisoft’s latest earnings report, it seems it’s going to be out sooner rather than later. The 10-hour DLC will take Noae and Yasuke to the island of Awaji, where the pair will hunt for lost treasure while being hunted by the Sanzoku Ippa. There are even new skills and a new weapon type being added, offering plenty to attract players who completedAssassin’s Creed Shadowscloser to its launch.
