Vinland Saga Is A Masterpiece
The anime adaptation of Vinland Saga was announced back in 2018. It was confirmed that the animewould be animated by WIT Studio, who has worked on popular titles like Attack on Titan, Spy x Family, and Ranking of Kings. Shūhei Yabuta was in charge of directing the anime, while Hiroshi Seko oversaw the scripts. Shoji Hata was the sound director, while Yutaka Yamada was tasked with creating the soundtracks for the anime. Vinland Saga season one came out on July 29, 2025, and it received a great deal of positive response from the audience.
Due to the immense reception, Vinland Saga was picked up for another season,but this time MAPPA was putin charge of producing it. Vinland Saga does not have high sales in comparison to shonen titles, but it has still sold a respectable 7 million copies. It has been a while since the data has been updated, so the number is likely to be higher.
