Back in late summer, Microsoft revamped its subscription service by retiring its old console tierin favor of Xbox Game Pass Standard. Priced at $14.99 per month, this membership has a more limited library than PC Game Pass and XGP Ultimate because it lacks day-one releases. Since then, Microsoft has gradually been adding some previously introduced day-one titles to the Standard-tier library.
The latest such expansion happened on November 6, when the Xbox Game Pass Standard catalog received four more titles. This group consists ofThe Rewinder,Turnip Boy Robs a Bank,Go Mecha Ball, andHarold Halibut. All of these additions are 2024 releases, thoughThe Rewinderis technically a 2021 game that was only ported to Xbox consoles in April 2024, which is also when it wastreated to a surprise Xbox Game Pass launch.
