OneThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomplayer has showcased on social media a really cool cosplay of Link’s Miner’s Set armor. While the armor set’s portrayal is still a work in progress, the player’s cosplay has garnered a lot of praise fromThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom’s community.

Tears of the Kingdom’s action-adventure, open-ended gameplay represented a major step forward for theZeldafranchise. While it’s true that bothTOTKandBreath of the Wildshare the same roots and foundation—with many even arguing the former is a sequel to the latter—TOTKpushed the boundaries even further. The game doesn’t just squeeze every last drop of power from the original Switch—it pushes the very limits of what’s possible in game development, with Nintendo delivering a title featuring such realistic physics systems that it basically allows players to come up with almost anything they can think of. ButTOTKplayers’ creativity isn’t just limited to what’s possible within the game; many fans have come up with impressive real-life recreations of the game’s content.

So far, pumbathx1138 has been working on it for four months, has recently added all the lights, and said they want to add some more chains and improve the sword to make it look “400% cooler.”

Tears of the Kingdom Player Shows Off WIP Miner’s Set Armor Cosplay

While there are severalarmor sets inTears of the Kingdom, the Miner’s is certainly one of the most striking. It consists of the Miner’s Mask, Miner’s Top, and Miner’s Trousers, with each piece glowing faintly around Link—allowing him to leave glowing footprints when all three pieces are upgraded to at least two stars. The different parts of the set can be found deep withinTOTK’s Depths.

Zeldafans poured in to pumbathx1138’s post to praise the player’s cosplay, describing just how cool the design looked to them. Players’ creativity knows no bounds, with countless examples being shared on social media all the time—such as animpressive 3D-printedTOTKZonai Batteryone player recreated last year, or even recent in-game builds like a bunch ofStar Warsvehicles and droids one player built withinTears of the Kingdom. While fans continue exploring the game, now also available on the Nintendo Switch 2, they’ll likely keep pushingTOTK’s limits.
