Recent leaks have also suggested several major changes are on the way, including significant alterations to the game’s Ultimate system, seeing each character having their own Decibel count. Zenless Zone Zero Leak Hints at Quality-of-Life Changes
A recent post shared by prominent HoYoverse leaker Seele Leaks is teasingquality-of-life changes coming inZenless Zone Zero’s Version 1.4. According to the leak, HoYoverse will be adding new story commissions as combat-focused stages, alongside the ability to save mid-run in the “Bizarre Brigade” arcade game. The post also teased vague changes to the selection of coffee available at Coff Cafe, as well as expediting the process of upgrading W-Engines and Drive Discs.The “Z-Merits” awarded by Hollow Zerowill also see a minor change, with players now able to spend Z-Merits to increase their License Level.
The new changes withZenless Zone Zero’s Version 1.4 come as the update has already seen one major feature teased ahead of its launch. Rumors about theZenless Zone Zeropatch have suggested that players may be given afree copy of new S-Rank character Asaba Harumasaduring his limited gacha banner. The free character would not be the first time HoYoverse has given away a high rarity unit, previously giftingHonkai: Star Railplayers a free copy of five-star character Dr. Ratio.
